Guinness World Records Gamer's Edition Arcade

Guinness World Records publishes yearly books of records from around the world. To go along with their gaming-themed iteration, they hired Plow to develop Gamer's Edition Arcade, an app with several mini-games. Players could play each game individually or choose Adventure Mode to play them in order with story sequences in-between. High scores were entered onto leaderboards. The app also contained a gallery where players could view information and images about the top 50 video game characters.

Plow developed the app with Unity, created all game art animations, and UI. We also handled the web API for high score entries. Gamer's Edition Arcade was released for iOS and Android with an update one year after to reflect the branding of the book for that year.
